Worldwide Shipping: FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Orders are verified, prepared, and dispatched from our fulfillment network during this window.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Australia): Approximately 9 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (USA, Canada, & UK): 7–12 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Rest of World): 10–20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your code.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Veltrixa Auto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, as orders cannot be modified once in transit.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Veltrixa Auto is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order, but our support team will gladly assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Veltrixa Auto LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order by your country's government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
