At Veltrixa Auto, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive accessories and a transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer Free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including used or damaged items (not due to our error) or any items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
